Warmth Tea
Some comforting, spiced warmth to promote circulation, ease inflammation, warm up the body and relieve stress.
Ingredients: green cardamom, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, ashwaganda root, black pepper, rose
Qualities:
warm ~ pungent ~ notes of earthiness, spice from ginger & cinnamon, floral from cardamom and a hint of rose
anti-inflammatory ~ circulatory ~ stress relieving
This spice blend is best infused in to milk, which you can either use instead of water or combine the two. To make tea, use approx. 1 tsp per cup of water or milk (I like to do one of each) and bring to a gentle simmer. Best with a sweetener of your choice.
1oz powdered spice and loose leaf tea, in compostable packaging
