For those who need care, with options like meals that highlight local farm harvests, garden fresh herbs, rich soups and stocks. Prepared in your kitchen or delivered with simple instructions.

    Moroccan, Mediterranean, Californian menus for gatherings and special occasions. Options include either catered in compostable materials for more casual affairs or prepared on site with beautiful local fruits and flowers.

  • Moroccan Cooking Class

    The sensory experience of a Moroccan cooking class, the way I’ve learned in the homeland. A unique, intimate gift to gather around.

    You provide the venue and we offer you a seasonal menu to choose from, ranging from traditional Moroccan salads to soups, tagines, preserves like harissa, cumin pickled beets and fermented lemons, honey and orange blossom scented sweets, leg of lamb or fresh caught fish. Paired with a traditional mint tea or some natural wine and concluded by enjoying the nourishing warmth of the meal you learned to prepare.
